Crucial: Your order will typically be delivered via a large van. Please ensure your property is accessible for this type of vehicle. To ensure successful delivery and avoid return fees, please confirm the following beforehand:
Confirm the floor location (Ground, First, etc). Advise us if it's not ground floor.
Measure the width of every doorway the product must pass through.
Ensure the route to the room is clear of obstructions (pictures, tables, etc).
Ensure the final room is cleared to accommodate the product.
Please help us make delivery easy. If you cannot be home, ensure someone over 16 is available.
Damage Check: If you opt-out of the installation service, you must check packaging for damage. If visible, take photos and ask the driver to open it. All damages must be reported within 48 hours.
For Health & Safety, drivers cannot remove their shoes. It is your responsibility to protect your floors and carpets before they arrive.
We are not liable for marks or damage to property unless caused by our negligence.
Change of date is possible no less than 2 working days before delivery. Later changes incur fees.
If delivery fails due to factors under your control (e.g., product doesn't fit), we charge failed delivery and restock fees.
You own the product once we receive full payment and delivery is complete. If you use your own third-party carrier, our responsibility ends once they collect the goods.
Keep all packaging for 30 days in case of returns.
